Service Description

MORSAN is a cloud-based AI cybersecurity platform designed for businesses and individuals. The service is operated by KMB-AI Sp. z o.o. and accessible at morsan.ai.

The platform provides:

AI-powered cybersecurity assessment and advisory chat (business and personal profiles)
Compliance surveys and gap analysis for GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and other frameworks
Vulnerability intelligence - aggregated CVE alerts from MITRE, NVD, CISA KEV, GHSA and EPSS
Security knowledge quizzes with verifiable PDF certificates
Encrypted file storage for security documents
PDF compliance and security reports
Network scanner tool (morsan-scan, separate download)

The service is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately after account creation. No physical goods are shipped.

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

AI token top-up packages (one-time purchase, no expiry):

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Token top-up packages are a one-time purchase and are added to your account balance immediately after payment confirmation. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where required by law.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
Token top-ups: Token packages are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment. As the service is provided instantly, the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive does not apply once the tokens have been credited to the account. If tokens have not yet been credited due to a technical error, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Trial accounts: The free trial requires no payment and can be discontinued at any time.
